TVR Public Charitable Trust Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting TVR Public Charitable Trust. We value every contribution and the trust you place in us. We are committed to using your donations effectively and responsibly. However, we understand that there may be occasions when donors need to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which TVR Public Charitable Trust will process refund requests.

1. Donation Refund Request

1.1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for donations made online through our official website.

1.2. Time Frame for Refund Request

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the donation.

1.3. Procedure to Request a Refund

2. Refund Process

2.1. Verification

  • Upon receiving a refund request, we will verify the details of the donation and the reason for the refund. This may involve contacting the donor for further information.

2.2. Approval and Processing

  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 10-15 business days. The donor will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

2.3. Partial Refunds

  • In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be granted if a full refund is not applicable. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Donations

3.1. Donations for Specific Projects

  • Donations made towards specific projects or programs will not be refunded once the funds have been allocated or utilized for the said purpose.

3.2. Tax Exemption Certificates

  • Donations for which a tax exemption certificate has been issued will not be eligible for a refund.

3.3. Event Donations

  • Donations made for attending events or participating in fundraising activities are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

4.1. Automatic Recurring Donations

  • Donors who have set up automatic recurring donations can cancel future donations at any time by contacting us at tvrpubliccharitabletrust@gmail.com or +91 7550054088. Please note that cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.
